Loadexpress Logistics INC

Freight that moves when you said it would.

The part most brokers get wrong

A licensed freight brokerage covering all 48 contiguous states and Canada

  • One person owns your freight :- You get a name and a direct line, not a general inbox and a ticket number :-
  • We call you when something goes wrong. A truck breaks down, we are on the phone. You would rather hear it from us than from your customer.
  • Nothing gets dispatched unvetted :- Active authority, a current insurance certificate and the FMCSA safety record, checked on your load rather than once a year at signup.
  • Rates you can check :- We quote the market, not a number we are hoping you will not look up.

What we move

Full truckload

53-foot dry van for palletised and floor-loaded freight. This is most of what we do — same-day capacity on our regular lanes, next-day on the rest.

Refrigerated & flatbed

Temperature-controlled from dock to door, with the reefer download to prove it. Open deck for steel, lumber and machinery, with tarps, straps and permits sorted before the truck rolls.

Partials & expedited

Not enough freight for a full trailer? You pay for the space you use instead of the whole truck. And when the clock matters more than the rate, team drivers and sprinter vans are one call away.

How it works

Three steps between your load and a truck under it. No portal to learn, no account to open.

1

Send us the load

Pickup, delivery, weight, commodity and dates. Call, email, or use the form at the bottom of this page. That is enough for a firm rate in most cases.

2

We source and vet the carrier

Active operating authority, a current insurance certificate and the FMCSA safety record — checked on your load, not once a year at signup.

3

You get updates, not silence

Check calls at pickup, in transit and at delivery. You hear from us before you have to ask, and you hear it from us first when something slips.

Sophia Townsend

Over our longstanding relationship with Load Express, Inc., their commitment to excellence and outstanding customer service has helped our business run smooth. They make every step of the freight transportation process easy to understand and affordable. Thank you for making our jobs that much easier.

Send us the lane and we will come back with a rate. If we cannot cover it, we will tell you straight away instead of holding your freight hostage.
WHO YOU ARE CALLING

A brokerage, not a load board

Loadexpress Logistics Inc is a freight brokerage at 613 Richmond Road, East Meadow, New York. We sit between shippers who need freight moved and carriers who have the equipment to move it, and we are judged on one thing: whether the load turns up on time and undamaged.

We are not an app and we are not a load board. When you call, a person picks up, and that person already knows your freight. Small enough that you are not a number, big enough to cover the lane.

Carriers: send your MC authority, W-9 and certificate of insurance and we will have you set up the same day.

For carriers

We pay on time.

We book loads across the 48 states and into Canada year-round, and we are always adding dependable carriers to the list we call first.

Send your packet and we will have you set up the same day. Quick pay is available if you would rather not wait on terms.

Common questions

Are you a broker or a carrier?

We are a licensed freight broker. We do not own the trucks — we source, vet and manage the carriers that do, which means we are never stuck offering you whatever happens to be sitting in our own yard.

How fast can you cover a load?

Same day on our regular lanes. Off-lane or specialised equipment is usually covered within 24 hours. If we cannot cover it, we tell you straight away rather than holding your freight hostage while we look.

What insurance is in place?

Every carrier we dispatch must show a current certificate with at least $100,000 in cargo coverage and $1,000,000 auto liability. Certificates are available on request before the truck is loaded.

Do you handle cross-border freight into Canada?

Yes. We work with bonded carriers and coordinate the customs documentation with your customs broker so the truck is not sitting at the border.

What do you need to give me a rate?

Pickup and delivery zip codes, weight, commodity, equipment type and your pickup date. That is enough for a firm number in most cases, and we usually come back within the hour during business hours.

When do carriers get paid?

Standard terms are 30 days from receipt of a clean proof of delivery. Quick pay is available for carriers who would rather not wait — ask us for the current rate when you set up.

Got a load that needs a truck?

Send us the lane and we will come back with a rate, usually within the hour during business hours. No account setup, no commitment, no sales call.
